Our NexGens embark on a leadership retreat in Salalah, Oman

In September 2023, a group of our NexGens embarked on a leadership retreat weekend in Salalah, Oman. Over the two days, they were put through their paces by our facilitator David Labouchere OBE. David is an ex British Military Officer and Iron Man so explored with our NexGens what leadership means to them - challenging them both physically and mentally!

The group hiked through the mountains in Salalah where we were surrounded by camels who were migrating back to the mountains at the end of Khareef season. We were rewarded at the top with a swim in a beautiful waterfall. The next day, we started the day with a beach bootcamp followed by some very competitive team games at an assault course. It was a great chance for our community to build relationships and friendships.
