Our members gather in Riyadh for our 10th Annual Summit.

In December 2023, against the backdrop of Riyadh's dynamic landscape, our members came together to celebrate the milestone event of our 10th Anniversary.

 

The Summit held the them "A Brave New World" and featured global thought leaders like Tom Pritzker, Executive Chairman of Hyatt, discussing family business transformation, and Christian Erfurt, Chief Evangelist & Co-founder of Be My Eyes, examining the role of AI in catalysing change. Additionally, a panel moderated by Alaa Alshaikh of Gallup, with contributions from Jim Clifton, Omar Alghanim, and Dr Ibrahim Alrajhi, unveiled new insights into family businesses from Gallup’s latest research into the transformative potential of governance practices that promote transparency, inclusivity, purpose, accountability, integrity and trust in family enterprises.

The workshops featured experiential elements including cross-generational communication role-plays, a psychologist led a wellbeing discussion and an interactive VC simulation. Thank you to our members that joined us in Riyadh!
