In January, our teen members engaged in a transformative 2-day workshop, gaining insight into career planning and applying to university. Guided by the expertise of Fiona McKenzie and Alicia Smith from Carfax Education, the workshop focused on self-reflection, building strong profiles, and navigating application processes.

Our members acquired essential workforce skills, learned to ace key elements of applications, and understood the importance of identifying passions for career success. The workshop emphasized practical aspects like CV creation and interview preparation, offering a holistic approach to shaping successful academic and professional paths.
